Look, I literally used to believe that having a life coach, business coach, any kind of coach outside of a sport was ridiculous. I thought it was such a joke that people were paying for this...until I didn't.
See when I started to have my own struggles after living a decade of service in and out of the Middle East and coming home to having a divorce, I realized that while I needed something to shift, I had zero tools for introspection, accountability, and tools to change the behaviors and perceptions that were failing me. I decided that I needed to change and that meant I needed to do things I would have NEVER done before. I went from reading personal development books, to listening to podcast, to hiring my first coach. I can tell you right now had it not been for that process and ending up at a coach, I would not be the man I am today.

Johnny works with men to help them gain confidence and authenticity within their lives so they can take control of their own happiness and the connections they have in business, themselves, and their relationships.

For women who are ready to invest in their relationships and understand the masculine, Johnny helps to work 1:1 with them in understanding the men in their lives, how to communicate with them effectively so that they can have improved relationships, and how they can lovingly hack their men to support their development, family, relationship, and intimacy.
My Belief in Coaching.
As someone who grew up blue collar and earning every cent I have seen in my life with hard work and effort, I hold integrity with what you invest and I look to deliver when someone puts their hard earned money into my coaching and their valuable time. So, just know, I will always be honest and if I can't help you, I will connect you with someone who can which is why I have an application process with a required clarity call. I don't take on people I am not aligned with and who I don't believe I can support to the highest level. I am not in expert in all fields and I will never pretend to be, so my honest declaration to you is that if you apply to work with me, I will never take your business just because you inquire.
I believe that 1:1 coaching does take an investment but shouldn't cause you to go out and get a loan. Reason being, the investment is part of the accountability and the honest truth is we all show up when there is skin in the game. The amount of that cheddar you put in the pot helps to influence the level in which you do show up. So please only apply if you are serious about your development, are dedicated to showing up, and truly want your life to shift.
My Promise…
I operate under a high level of integrity. I was raised with it and hardened it through years of special operations, executive protection, and government leadership. It is the utmost importance to me to hold honesty and openness with my clients and I promise to do the same with every single person I work with.
So my promise? My promise is that when you apply to work with me, I will only extend a clarity call to those I feel have filled out the application honestly, have a deep desire to improve their lives, and are seriously looking to commit and begin their journey.
I also promise to not waste someone's time and I expect the same from anyone applying. I will always be respectful of our time, if we work together, and I will always look to have some kind of deliverable after every call. This means there WILL be work you need to implement in your life. I promise to hold you accountable to your goals and to our work together.
